Article A. To access your Voice Mail remotely if your company uses an Automated Attenant:
1. Call your main number that is answered by the automated attendant.
2. Press the # key for the logon menu.
3. Follow the voice prompts.

B. To access your Voice Mail remotely if you have a direct dial number to your extension:
1. Call your direct number (xxx)xxx-xxxx
2. When you hear the recorded message press "9"
3. Enter your Voice Mail password followed by the "#" key. (Default VM password 1478)

From this menu you can:
1. Listen to and manage your Voice Mail messages.
2. Change your Voice Mail Greeting.
3. Change your Voice Mail password.
4. Forward your calls to another number.
